If this is your first time at the Macklind Mile, know this: it's a one mile distance that everyone can do regardless if you’re running or walking and the post-race party is just as important as the distance covered! You can either come to run the downhill one mile course to try and set a personal record or you can walk it with Fido, but either way you’re partying at the finish line! The Macklind
Mile is more than just getting outside and running as fast as your feet can take you, it's about grabbing the family, the neighbors and the dog! Heck, you might as well just make it a family reunion. There will be live music, huge tent sale, food and activities along with hanging out in the streets of South City St Louis with other kids and kids-at-heart. THERE ARE SIX EVENTS, SOMETHING FOR EVERYONE!

7:45 AM - Women's Competitive Mile
8:15 AM - Recreational Mile (Walkers, Strollers, Pets, non-competitive runners)
8:45 AM - The Dog Mile
9:10 AM - Elite Mile
9:45 AM - Kids' Quarter Mile Dash
All events are timed using Chronotrack chip technology except the kids' quarter mile dash
