We also teach small group fitness classes at our studio gym! Each class is approximately one hour and incorporates movements that can be scaled to all ability levels. Every muscle group will be worked and you leave feeling stonger and faster. We incorporate many different exercises to improve your body and your mind. This is not your typical gym fitness class. We do not work out with you, we inst

ruct during the entire session to make sure you are performing the movements safely and effectively. Classes are $15 email us to receive more information or DM us to reserve your spot! It has been a busy week. We are all settling into our new schedules and training routines. Even though it is outside of my normal, I am blessed to have this opportunity and learning experience. We did some Grand Canyon training yesterday, and we ran into a friend on the trails. We later met up with the group going into the canyon with us.

The trip to New York was a great experience. We made new friends and saw as many things possible in the short time we were here. Andria placed in the top , which is amazing for her first national show. Congratulations on your pro card you earned. At the national level, these athletes are competing against others who are winners at the local level. These competitors truly have next level discipline and a drive that no amount of motivation alone can carry them this far.

Dr. Aaron Horschig is clearly amongst the best in the world when working with lifters, runners, and athletes. I think he found what has been causing me chronic issues in my hip, affecting mobility and strength for years. One visit it in, and I already know as long as I do as he has instructed, I will have a pain-free hip again. No surgery is necessary. I already feel better.

This week's endurance training, find some of the biggest hills in Oakville and run them. This was my farthest run in years, and we all did great. When we started, we had hills in mind and figured it would be 8 to 10 miles. None of us planned on 11 plus. Most of my training up until last week was less than 3 miles of running if I ran at all. In life, the biggest thing that holds us back is our mind and the thought of failure. Once you get past that your mindset changes to what do I have to do differently in oder to achieve my goal or success. Nobody can do this for you. You may have support, but success is you making adjustments and putting in the work. This is on you!
