Tips for staying healthy while traveling!
Firstly, enjoy vacation. You don’t need to prioritize the gym over having fun with friends and family. You’re there to make memories and that’s most important.
Secondly, eat until you’re full. Don’t count calories or macros. Vacation, at least for my family, is all about the food! And that is perfectly fine. Don’t go overboard, but enjoy the food and experience.
Thirdly, if you’re staying in a hotel, you likely will have access to a gym. It won’t be much. Maybe a few dumbbells and a treadmill. Try your best to make the best of it.
Get creative! If you don’t have access to a gym, go on a walk in the morning or whenever you can. Stay as active as possible!
Lastly, to ensure you consume an adequate amount of protein, pack a whey protein source. This will help with hunger cravings too!
