Moonlight Ramble Packet Pickup Starts Saturday!

Race Update...

🚨 XCC UPDATE — RACE IS ON TONIGHT AT INDIAN CAMP CREEK! 🚨

Thank you all for your understanding, patience, and flexibility as we have worked through the weather-related changes needed to keep everyone safe.

Due to course conditions and flooding concerns at the original venue, the XCC Short Track State Championship Race has been rescheduled for this evening at Indian Camp Creek / ICC Trails.

🗓 Tonight — Friday, August 7
🏁 Race categories and start times remain the same
💻 Online registration has reopened until 2:00 PM today
🚲 XCC course pre-ride will open at 3:30 PM — not before
📝 On-site registration will be available from 3:30–5:00 PM
⛔ The XCC course will close at 5:00 PM for racing

A very important course note: please do not pre-ride the XCO or XCM courses until we provide updated times. We are working very hard this morning and early afternoon on course modifications due to the rain.

Somehow, we were lucky enough to have access to some new trail sections that were dry right after yesterday’s storm, but we need the morning and afternoon to make those changes safely and correctly.

We will update everyone with the official course adjustments this afternoon.

If you were registered for the XCC Short Track State Championship yesterday, we really hope to see you this evening. If you are unable to make the rescheduled race, please contact Deanna Kakouris at [email protected].

If the date change now allows you to race, you can register online before 2:00 PM or come to ICC between 3:30–5:00 PM to register on-site at no additional late registration charge.

A very special thank you goes out to Nathan Goff of Extreme Electrical Contractors and St. Charles County Parks for helping ensure we have a place for the rescheduled course.

Thank you to James and Elise of StL Dirt Crits and SBR Bikes and Brews for going with the flow and making last-minute adjustments to help bring you your first XCC State Championship Race.

Thank you to Andy Schuette of Loki Timing for adjusting his schedule and jumping in to time this event along with the rest of the weekend.

Thank you to Shawn Sweeney, our USA Cycling official, for so willingly adjusting his schedule to officiate this change.

And last, but certainly not least, thank you to the South Side Cyclery team, South Side XC board members, parents and athletes, and South Side Cycling Club members who all pitched in to adjust logistics and help make this happen.

We absolutely could not have pulled this off without these key support people.

2 great Missouri bikes both more than $1k off. The Cannondale Habit Carbon 1 in medium with a 12 speed SRAM mechanical drivetrain, 4 piston SRAM brakes, and RockShox suspension! The Cannondale Habit 3 with the same components yet 5lbs heavy because of the alloy frame!!!

Both of these bikes are really to find a new home!
