We are a fitness studio offering both classes and group personal training. Group personal training is a customized personal training workout for each individual, but in a group setting. We here at Wise Warriors specialize in- Mixed Martial Arts, Jiu Jitsu, Kickboxing, Massage Therapy and so many more. Owner and head trainer Ray Norris, has 40 years of experience and an undefeated competitive MMA record. He also has Ray also attended the Healing Arts Center and became a Licensed Massage Therapist. He has 18 years of experience in manual therapy, with a specialty in the correction of muscle imbalances that lead to pain and dysfunctional movement patterns.
