Men,
Cup of Nations is hosting a pick-up indoor soccer game on Saturdays, 8-10am at The Rock Church from 1/28-3/11.
FORMAT:
- Indoor soccer with small goals - no outs, play off the walls
- 5 v 5 (no keeper)
- Limit 3 teams of 5 for a total of 15 players
- 10 min games in rotating fashion (e.g. A vs B, A vs C, B vs C, repeat)
- Call your own fouls
- No offsides
- No slide tackles
- Bring a light-colored shirt and a dark-colored shirt (we will also provide pinnies)
SPIRIT OF THE GAME:
- The purpose is to build relationships and have fun through the game of futsal
- Cheering and encouraging each other is highly encouraged; coaching others is discouraged
- Calling your own foul means, 1) the person calling the foul should be fair and not abuse the system, and 2) the person getting called on should respect the call and not argue
- Begin with introductions & prayer
