NXT Level Performance Institute exists to raise individual fitness and athleticism to elite levels, helping each one of our participants reach their full potential. Using the fundamentals of Kinesiology, Biomechanics, and Strength Training, we are able to help people reach levels of physical stature and performance that they've never experienced.

Yesterday, MJ came in for a full-body session with two of her core team members.

🧠 Dr. Nicole, a cognitive chiropractor, focused on realignment and optimizing her nervous system.
💪 Dr. Sharon, our functional medicine and performance specialist, led MJ through mobility, flexibility, and functional strength work—designed to prevent injury and enhance movement efficiency.

This is what preventative performance looks like—blending bodywork and movement to help athletes stay strong, resilient, and ahead of the game.

Congrats to MJ on another first and second place finish 7th/8th and one the only 7th grader amongst the states best in the 100 and the 200. PR’d in the 100 headed into sectional in two week with a 13.4. The kids a real warrior and uniquely gifted! 🏃🏽‍♀️ 🎾
