Southern Praying Mantis Kung Fu - St. Louis, MO Branch Grandmaster Henry Poo Yee founded the Chinese Kung Fu Academy (CKFA) of Southern Praying Mantis Federation U.S.A. in 1982.

Currently, the federation has members and branch schools all over the world.

Here’s something to try this year. If you have a goal, pursuit (something important to do) approach it like a running horse. They have no brakes, go fast, and will knock anyone over in their way. And look good doing it!
