There was a time I wouldn’t even go to the gym because I was self-conscious of how I looked.
I’d tell myself:
“I’ll go once I lose some weight first.”
“I don’t want people looking at me.”
“I don’t belong there yet.”
And that’s what self-sabotage does.
It convinces you to stay stuck while pretending it’s protecting you.
But eventually I realized something:
Nobody was thinking about me nearly as much as I thought they were. Everyone was focused on themselves.
So I started showing up anyway and over time, something shifted.
The gym stopped feeling like punishment.
It became therapy. Structure. Stress relief. Momentum.
Now? I have a bad day if I miss the gym.
I fell in love with the process so much that I became a personal trainer.
That’s why I care so much about helping people work through self-sabotage because I know what it feels like to be trapped by your own thoughts while wanting something more for yourself.
Hypnosis can help change the internal patterns that keep pulling you away from your goals:
* Fear of judgment
* Fear of failure
* Inconsistency
* Emotional eating
* Procrastination
* The “start over Monday” cycle
When your mind stops fighting you, progress feels different.
You stop forcing change…
and start becoming the version of yourself you’ve been trying to reach.
