Most mornings, I don’t feel like getting up.

Getting out the door with a little one? It’s a whole production. 😅 Some days I’d rather stay in bed.

But I’ve noticed something…

On the days I skip my run, my mood is completely different. I feel it.

So now, I don’t run because I always have the energy. I run because I know how I’ll feel after.

Movement has become one of the ways I choose my mental health—even when I’m tired. 💙

If you’re a mom who needs this reminder today: you don’t have to feel motivated to start. Just take the first step. 🏃🏾‍♀️
