To Our Game Changers Volleyball Coaches…
We started with small groups and private lessons. Then we helped coach at the Emerson YMCA. Then we created teams, practiced in North County, traveled to South County, and became the first to create our own Development League in North County. We were also the first to bring Glow in the Dark Volleyball to our area (that I know of)!!! We added Tiny Tots to start working with girls ages 5 & up and only God knows WHAT'S NEXT!!!!!
We’ve taken girls to College Volleyball Games so they could see what’s possible. We’ve taken them to AquaPort, to Ryze, participated in the Annie Malone May Day Parade, and created experiences bigger than volleyball. But more than that, we built a COMMUNITY — one that teaches girls to step outside their comfort zones, handle pressure, be team players, build confidence, and learn life lessons on and off the court.
None of this happens without YOU. There is no true Blueprint for what we are doing but we will keep learning and growing ourselves until we get it right which is not easy AT ALL. I appreciate you!!! We have become masters at pivoting which can be frustrating but it’s also a good underrated quality to have for things like this. Our Spring Development League starts Monday, March 2, 2026 so we get another chance to keep growing!!!
