I have been working with several Rising Athletes aging from 7-17yrs old and testing some different training packages that show different progression levels for the past year. The best results have come from my 5 week 10 session program. I have seen 150% - 210% baseline max out levels and decided to put a package together for any of you that want to take your skills to the next level no matter what sport your in.
