What up FENIX Family!! Hope everyone had a wonderful weekend! With the Holiday season in full swing, we all know everyone's lives gets even more hectic. We at FENIX want you to keep active and happy. That said, for November and December, we will be supplementing a 7am class on Tuesdays and Thursdays starting Tuesday, November 18th!!

Led by Patti Namey, the program will remain the same. We hope with this addition, during this busy time of year, will help you maintain your fitness goals.

If you guys want to see the class remain permanently on the schedule after the holidays, help us fill it with some friendly new faces!

What up FENIX and LTS Family! Hope everyone is doing well during this incoming storm (🙄🙄🙄). With Helene approaching, we will ONLY have morning classes tomorrow 9/26, including the noon class! Hours will be back to normal on Friday 9/27. Everyone stay safe!!
