Before committing to a fitness/body related goal; you must understand the level of commitment you need to put in order to achieve it.

Most need to realize that you can have the best lean muscle building and fat loss program from the best coach.

You can have endless support and encouragement.

You can have the nicest workout clothes, the most expensive workout equipment/program, and the highest grade of supplements.

But you still have to take action and do the work.

Planning and setting intentions are important. But results come from ex*****on - NOT by dreaming about them.

Put in the hard, stay disciplined, keep consistent (for months maybe years depending on your goal) and trust the process you’ll get there! 💪🏾🏆
