Registration is now open for our Fall Series. Come join us for five weekends of great racing to close out the season!

This year we will be using GYBEHUB for results so you can register at https://gybehub.com (preferred) or complete the Registration Form on GLYC's website https://www.greatlakesyc.com/fall-series . Online payment is available only on the GLYC site.

Register for the entire 5-race series, or just the 1st or last point-to-point races. The NOR is available on GYBEHUB and the GLYC website.

Thankful to be located along The Nautical Mile SCS with convenient access to so any incredible restaurants and other businesses. We especially love as soon as GLYC members + guests cross through our gates the relaxation begins and opportunities to create memories are endless.

While Jefferson is under construction, so are we!

We’re currently working on updating the Nautical Mile website, refining our brand, and creating better tools to help you discover everything the Mile has to offer.

One of those tools is an updated map.

And yes... it’s a little hard to read right now 😅

But that’s because there are SO MANY businesses, restaurants, marinas, shops, services, and experiences packed into just one mile of waterfront.

We’re sharing this version because we want to bring you along as we build the next chapter of the Nautical Mile.

Members gathered this afternoon to celebrate and wish our beloved Officer Manager Sami well as she embarks on a new adventure.

Sami’s contributions to the Great Lakes Yacht Club have left a lasting legacy, and her dedication to our members and club will not be forgotten. While she leaves behind big shoes to fill, we are grateful this isn’t goodbye.

Thank you, Sami, for everything you have done! We look forward to seeing you around the club a little more often as a member rather than an employee. Wishing you all the best in your next chapter! ⚓️

Happy Friday, GLYC members! ☀️

With beautiful weather in the forecast, it's the perfect day to enjoy the pool, unwind on the grounds, and make the most of everything the Club has to offer.

Tonight, join us for our monthly Drop-In style Euchre Game Night at 7:00 PM in the clubhouse or grab a seat around the fire pit to enjoy good conversation with fellow members as the sun sets over the lake.

Boats that plan to race both our June 26 Friday Night Lights race and GLYC's Summer Regatta on Saturday can dock at GLYC Friday night for free. This is on a first come, first served basis and MUST be arranged in advance by June 21. Skippers can request a well assignment by contacting LSSC VC Andy Schultz at [email protected]. Please include your boat dimensions and draft.
