Our perch derbies and annual perch and pig tournament are approaching fast!

Single person entry tournaments are September 19th & 26th. These single day events are $30 per person with 100% payout of entry fees.

September 19th the weigh-in will be 3-4pm at Sportsmen’s Direct.

September 26th the weigh-in will be 3-4pm at Lakeside Fishing Shop

Our annual perch and pig will be held October 3rd with a $150 per boat entry fee with up to 4 anglers per boat.
$20 of every entry fee goes towards food for the event, 4 wristbands will be given to your team at the event which will be required to receive food.

Weekly big fish prizes (by length) will be awarded and once again the LSCWA is mounting the largest fish (by length) to the largest fish caught during the course of the 3 events.

Yesterday we held our annual picnic, August Derby and blind draw at Gilbert’s Sportman Club in Ray, MI. The club spirit was running high as we celebrated our 50th anniversary with members young and old taking part in the festivities. President’s Awards were handed out to Dan & Nell Schmidt, Don & Pat Murray, Pete & Nancy Kohnen and Richard & Joann Koch.
