We're bringing it back!

Our 300-Hour Advanced Yoga Teacher Training is returning this October.
ompletely reimagined from the ground up. New curriculum. Deeper content. Same Hippie heart.

This is for certified yoga teachers who are ready for what's next. One weekend a month. Small cohort. Real mentorship. Teaching yoga for real bodies and real lives not just perfect postures.

We're also awarding a $1,500 scholarship to one teacher in our October cohort. Deadline: August 30, 2026.

Keeping in heel up and towes curled under on the back foot in a runner's lunge helps the hip flexor get a nice stretch. When the heel is planted or the foot is flat on the ground is doesn't allow the hip flexor to lenthen or stretch as much as when the heel is raised.

Janice has been at Hippie Yoga since January 2022. She has never missed a Gong immersion. She believes Peace Frog was named after her. She understands the importance of props better than most humans we know.

Come meet her. She'll be at the front of the studio, holding space, judging no one.

You're already moving this summer. Walking, gardening, golf.
Yoga isn't here to replace any of that. It's what keeps all of it feeling good.
Golf tightens one side of your body every single swing. Gardening compresses your lower back and hips for hours. Walking is great and it doesn't do much for rotation or lateral stability.
Yoga fills in what everything else leaves out. That's the long game.
The mat is here all summer. Come when you can.
