When Car Seat Cleaning STL | Luxe Buckles asked a few weeks ago if I would be up for a stroller cleaning, I immediately said yes. This bad boy has been through 3 kids in 8 years, the bassinet I purchased on Facebook marketplace with a friend and has seen at least 3 babies, and honestly everything was filthy. I can remember hosing down the stroller exactly one time in all those years. So, to say that I’m grateful that it’s like brand new and ready for baby girl 4 in a few weeks (or days!) is an understatement. This pregnancy has pushed me in ways I didn’t expect—but showing up still matters. Not chasing PRs right now, not proving anything… just moving with purpose.

I’m following my own Motherhood Strong programming these days—because this season isn’t about max intensity, it’s about building a foundation I can actually come back from.

Intention now ➡️ intention postpartum
So when the time comes, I can safely turn the dial back up.

Strength doesn’t disappear in motherhood… it just evolves.

We’re launching our Postpartum Series and kicking things off with Coffee with Coaches on Friday 4/17 at 9:15.

This 5-week series is built for the earliest stage postpartum — helping you safely return to movement, daily life, and eventually the gym.

I’ve been keeping a little “sort of” secret, though if you’ve seen me in person you’d know that there’s not a lot of hiding this bump.

The Miller Family is excited to welcome our fourth daughter this summer. The journey to get to this halfway point has been filled with a lot of “life.” We’ve lost babies and survived the grief and wonder of what could have been and who they would be. I now understand more than ever that feeling of being grateful for what you have while mourning what you don’t. This feeling has been compounded by the fact that I’m a mother of living children, who need and love me and their father in the way that only children do.

I do have a healthy baby girl growing inside of me right now, and I’ve never been more thankful. I got to see her today, and wonder again about the shape of her little nose that I will get to kiss, and the little hands that I will get to hold. I’ve fantasized about her big sisters holding her and teaching her little songs and playing peek-a-boo. Sometimes I’ll get comments from others about having a fourth girl and I simply respond with “yes, but she’s alive. And I’m relieved.”

I know that’s a little melodramatic. But if you’ve made it through pregnancy loss you understand. I look forward to sharing more about this pregnancy so far and the weeks to come with you all. What I have learned most about this experience and the experiences leading up to it is that nothing is guaranteed, and each day I get to carry life inside me is a true gift from God with a beautiful and perfect design. Pregnancy loss has made me a better mom, a better coach, and a better human but I wish that pain on no one else.

I hope you’ll join me in celebrating this baby girl, and if you’re in a season of hope and loss know that I see you, I have been you, and I am with you.
