And just like that our 2025 - 2026 season has come to an end!! 🥲

This year has been filled with so many special moments! From meeting so many wonderful fans to getting beautiful new uniforms, hilarious moments in the locker room, to cheering on TWO amazing teams here in STL, it’s been absolutely incredible!!

Join us for our second Audition Prep Class on June 28th! We will work on technique, sideline skills, and learn a fun combo! Class will be led by three current Spirit members and end with a Coaches Q&A! Whether you’re planning to tryout for the 2026 - 2027 team or just want to dance again, all are welcome!!

Last week we had our first Audition Prep Class and all we can say is WOW!! 🤩 St. Louis truly has so many amazing dancers and getting to meet so many of you last week and dance with you all was a blast!! We can’t wait for our next prep class and to dance with you again!

Can you believe it’s officially June?! 🤩You know what that means! It’s time for prep classes!!

Join us this Wednesday from 8:00 - 10:00 PM for our first prep class of the year! We will work on technique, game day technique, and learn a halftime style combo! If you’re considering auditioning in August or just miss dancing, this class is for you!! Link in bio to register! We can’t wait to dance with you!

At these prep classes we will work on technique, teach a combo, and answer any questions you might have!
