Hello everyone,

we would like to take this time to remind everyone that our 2025 Summer Session Allstar Game is coming up this weekend Saturday January 10th & Sunday January 11th. Player Side Pot activities will be Friday January 9th at 8pm. We would also like to remind everyone of the starting times for all skill levels for Saturday:

Rated 8's, 7's and 6's:
Start at 12 noon

Rated 5's:
Start at 2:30pm

Rated 4's, 3's and 2's:
Start at 5:30pm

All qualifiers come back on Sunday at 12 noon.

Race to 2 - Double Elimination

You start back over on Sunday!

Also, you face your skill level throughout most of the tournament!

We are anticipating over 130 players for this singles event, and we can't wait to see you all there!

Hello everyone,

We would like to take this time to announce our winners from our 2025 spring session Team Championships that took place this past weekend on August 9th and 10th. It is our honor and privilege to let all of you know that it was the biggest tournament payouts in Missouri 8 Ball League history. That's right everyone, we did it again and beat our previous record that took place one year ago. So without further delay, hear your winners from this past weekend:

Champions- Fandango's Rhonda Bartram won $17,042 (new record)

2nd place - Nuts John Grisham won $8,521 (new record)

8 total places were paid out on Sunday, with a grand total payout of $42,607 (new record).

All of this would not be possible without your support for us. And we are honored and eternally grateful for your support, and this wonderful game of pool that we all love. And if all of this wasn't enough, we have more news to share. Our 2025 summer tournaments are coming up, and they will take place on December 20th for the All-Star Game, and December 27th for the team championships.

These summer tournaments will be record breaking for the summer, and will be the highest ever for a summer session. We cannot wait to share what those payouts will be, please stay tuned. If you would like to join us and have a team of your own, we are taking signups as we speak for our 2025 fall session that will take place on opening night September 8th. We have League nights available Monday through Thursday for your area. Hello everyone,

we would like to take this time to announce our winners from our 2024 Summer Session tournaments that took place December 7th & 8th (Allstar Game) and December 22nd & 23rd (Team Championships). These 2 events produced record breaking payouts for our Summer Sessions dating all the way back to 1995, and were some of the biggest in our history for the Summer Session since 1986. This Summer Session was only 10/11 weeks in length. So without further delay, here are your winners from those 2 weekends:

2024 Summer Allstar Game:
Champion: Richard Fruekes won $3,500
2nd Place: Jeff Everett won $2,350
3rd Place: Dennis Agnew won $1,400
12 Total Places were paid out with a grand total payout of $9,915

2024 Summer Team Championships:

Not bad for only a 10/11 week Summer Session!

Hello everyone,

we would like to take this time to remind everyone that our 2024 Summer Session Allstar Game is coming up Saturday December 7th & Sunday December 8th. The Player Side Pot activities will take place on Friday December 6th at 8pm.

Reminder: If you do not show up for the Side Pot activities on Friday or have a representative there for you on your behalf, you will be going into the player pool.

Reminder:
On Saturday, the 8's, 7's and 6's will start at 12 noon.
The 5's will start at 2:30pm
The 4's, 3's and 2's will start at 5:30pm

On Sunday, all players who qualify will show up at 12 noon.

And we have one final reminder:

If you were on the allstar list the last 3 weeks of the season, you are allowed to invite a friend to come with you who didn't make the list and also that friend is allowed to invite someone who didn't make the list. In addition, if you are on a last place team and have no allstars who made the list to qualify, your team will be allowed to choose one representative to represent that team in the Allstar Game, and that representative can also invite a friend to come with them.

What this bring a friend rule does, is open up the Allstar Game and allows 3 times the entries to participate. If you would like to enter this upcoming Allstar Game, it's not too late! If you would like to enter, you can submit your entry in your regular team envelope and mark the envelope accordingly. This will assure that your entry gets recorded on the tournament board.

We are very excited for this upcoming Allstar Game and we are anticipating a huge turn out. We can't wait to see you all there on December 6th, 7th, and 8th.

Hello Everyone,

we would like to take this time to announce our winners from our 2024 Spring Session Allstar Game and Team Championships that took place on August 10th & 11th (Allstar Game) and August 16th thru August 18th (Team Championships). These 2 events broke records and were the biggest tournament payouts in Missouri 8 Ball League history. We've done it once again, and we couldn't be happier for all of you, the players, who support us and make all of this possible. So without further delay, here are your winners from these last 2 events:

2024 Spring Session Allstar Game:

This was the very first Allstar Game where we implemented new time slot changes for all skill levels as well as having the player side pot activities taking place on Friday August 9th at 8pm. (On Saturday August 10th the 8s, 7s & 6s started at 12 noon, 5s at 2:30pm and 4s, 3s, & 2s started at 5:30pm). Our hope was to create a much smoother tournament flow, reducing or eliminating waiting times during the tournament, while still maintaining a very high overall payout. We are pleased to report to all of you, that we accomplished exactly that, and the feedback was outstanding and the result was better then we could have expected. We will be continuing these new time slot changes for the Allstar Game from now on, and we couldn't be more excited.

Champion: Mason Kaatman won $3,915
2nd Place Rich Fruekes won $2,300
3rd Place Delano Richardson won $1,325

12 Total Places were paid out with a grand total payout of $10,790. This was one of our biggest overall payout in our history. We could not be more excited for this event going forward, and we can't wait to see all of you at the next Allstar Game (taking place December 2nd & 3rd, with the Auction on December 1st at 8pm). We will see you there!

2024 Spring Session Team Championships:

Champions: Redbirds Eden Chan - won $15,117.84
(This was the biggest 1st place payout in our history)

2nd Place: Crowbar Brendt McDonald - won $7,558.92
(This was the biggest 2nd place payout in our history)

3rd & 4th Place: Lehmann's Landing Micheal Lehmann / Salvatores Pat Murphy - won $3,779.46 Each
(This was the biggest 3rd & 4th place payout in our history)

8 Total Places were paid out with a grand total payout of $37,794.60 . This is the biggest tournament payout in Missouri 8 Ball League history and beat our last record breaking payout from our '23 Fall events. We at Missouri 8 Ball League are so thankful and eternally grateful to all of you, the players, who have made this a reality. You have all made this, by far, the best league to play, and by far the biggest payouts in all of Missouri. We thank all of you from the bottom of our hearts, and we look forward to seeing all of you again for our 2024 Summer tournaments in December, as well as our upcoming 2024 Fall Session starting September 9th.

Hello everyone,

we would like to take this time to remind everyone that our 2024 Spring Session Allstar Game Singles tournament is coming up this weekend Saturday August 10th. We would also like to take this time to remind everyone of the new time slot changes for all skill levels for Saturday. These new time slots will be as follows:

Skill levels 8's, 7's, and 6's will begin at 12 noon

Skill level 5's will begin at 2:30 pm

Skill levels 4's, 3's and 2's will begin at 5:30 pm

These new time changes will reduce or eliminate waiting times between matches for all players and should result in a much better overall tournament flow. Hello everyone,

we have some huge announcements regarding the upcoming 2024 Spring Session Allstar Game. We have heard your feedback regarding the allstar game. That is why we are pleased to announce new player side pot and time schedule changes for all players in order to make the allstar game run smoother and overall better for everyone. These changes will go into effect immediately and be in place for our next allstar game that will take place on August 10th 2024 and beyond!

Player Side Pot Activities:

The Player Side Pot Activities will start on Fridays a day before the allstar game (in this case August 9th) and will take place at 8pm. This will allow the actual allstar game on Saturday to start at 12 noon on time without delays. Note: If you do not show up for the Side Pot Activities or at least have a representative there for you on your behalf, your name will automatically be going into the player pool for the tournament.

New Bracket starting times for Saturday:

The 8's, 7's and 6's will start at 12 noon
The 5's will start at 2:30pm
The 4's, 3's, and 2's will start at 5:30pm

On Sunday, all players who qualified show back up at 12 noon (like normal).

This will reduce or eliminate the waiting time between matches for Saturday and should allow a better overall tournament flow.

Note: Because of these new starting times for players, absolutely no walk-ins will be allowed. You must pre-pay before the tournament date, either through your Allstar Game envelope or a phone call to the league office letting us know that your entry fee is in your regular team envelope!

The reason for these changes is no delays and a better overall tournament structure for everyone to play pool, have fun, and (hopefully) win money. We thank you all for your support, and we will see you August 9th, 10th, and 11th.
