ATTENTION MEN- Mark your calendars. We need every single one of you to support this vital cause. Show up to The Covering House convergence, Saturday September 12. This will be the most important beatdown you go to. Don’t miss this epic convergence while we stand shoulder to shoulder to help combat the evil and despicable actions that happen right in our community.

If you’re not familiar The Covering House, they help recover and provide support to victims of human trafficking from right in our own community.

Since 2020, the men of F3 Gateway in St. Louis have made it their mission to push back the darkness of human trafficking. What started as a virtual 5K turned into a unique weeklong event logging miles together... running, cycling, rucking, walking... whatever.
In our first six years, 4,527 participants have logged 119,807 miles together, and raised more than $742,000 to help underage survivors at The Covering House.

Seriously, just give it a try. The hardest one is that first one. You don’t know anyone, not sure what to expect, think everyone else is going to be more fit and judge you, what if I can’t do it, yada yada.
Then you show up and find a welcoming group of normal guys, fathers, grandfathers, college students, busy professionals, retired guys, your neighbors all focused on just being a better version of themselves.

July’s Most Valuable PAX goes to the one and only, Frosty!

Frosty is a consistent rucker holding down the pre-ruck duties at any AO he attends. Previously the site Q at Lemonade Stand ensuring our north most AO ran smoothly. While there, he was instrumental in adding our beloved gameday into the regular rotation (with some help from his shield lock). He's a guy that is always ready to help whether its leading a concession stand at the football game or making breakfast on the blackstone, Frosty is there! His beatdown music is legend! Frosty's Balls, even more so!

Even more he is a HIM of HIMs. His family takes 1st and they're lucky to have him. He really has instilled the F3 spirit in his concentrica and we all can learn something from ☃️!

This weekend we celebrated two incredible men. First our boy Pampers who handed the Lion’s Den Site Q reins to Colorform. Pampers has done a phenomenal job leading us and we look forward to see what Colorform has in store.
Most importantly though…we celebrated Pampers venture into welcoming the soon to be newest addition to their family. We showered Pampers with Pampers, Huggies and whatever else diapers were welcomed.
