FITNESS TIP FRIDAY: It's been a long time! I sincerely hope all of my Fitness Friends have been keeping up with their fitness routines or creating new ones...staying in shape however you can in this crazy landscape. As the weather turns to warmer climates, I encourage you to get outside and exercise!
I've been asked once again about returning to the gym, as group exercise classes start to return here and there. My answer is, sadly, NO. I'm so sorry as I miss seeing so many of you, but I cannot in any way work out with a mask on.
(Note: I don't think you should be either)
If you'd like to talk to me about this, feel free to reach out here. I will tell you I am not about to debate this, however, as I have been in the Fitness Industry for 30 years and I know what I'm talking about.
Keep in mind that the people who make the rules are often NOT in the Fitness Industry!
