WOD: Lower Body 30mins

20 Walking Lunges
20 Sumo Squats
20 Narrow Squats

SET2️⃣ Body Weight 3 Rounds

15 Step Ups
15 Pulsing Lunges
15 Curtsy Lunges

SET3️⃣ 25-45lb Deadlifts

10 @ 25lbs
15 @ 35lbs x 2
6-8 @ 45lbs
18-20 @ 25lbs

Finishing off my 2nd thing of water with Aminos and refilling with a high fat/protein low carb lunch! 12oz of Chicken breast with a whole avocado and very little mayo and seasonings. I won’t eat this whole thing even though I could and it would fill me for the rest of the day. I’m portioning my meals with 6oz of protein and about 1/2c of carbs. Protein shakes for snacks or high protein smoothies with superfoods. High fat foods are for earlier in the day or after a workout.

We have a delay in the opening of the gym but time to practice what I preach in the meantime!

When you have an OCD problem😂💪🏻

Shout out to my hubby Chris Steitz for working hard to meet our deadline. We had a delay in production due to having to fix some mess ups. Working with a new contractor to make sure everything is good. Soon walls will be going up and DG put in before the heavy duty mats! Getting the painting done before it gets colder❄️
