As we reach the one-year mark since hurricane Helene devastated Spruce Pine, we pause to reflect on the challenges we faced, the neighbors we leaned on, and the progress we’ve made.
That was so incredibly scary. I remember thinking “omg, I bet the golf course is gone!” A few less trees, but we’re still here! The way we came together afterwards is a beautiful thing. So many of you reached out, stopped by, donated and spread the love. Thank you for that. Our story is one of resilience and community spirit, and together, we’ll keep moving forward. Love you all. So glad to be a part of this amazing community. Come play a round today! ❤️
