Today was the first day I’ve done an only cardio workout in a LONG time. I went SLOW and literally had to modify every single move. I was fighting the negative narratives in my head. “This is pointless”, “You’re not as strong as you used to be” “Why bother?”. Then I remembered I only promised myself that I’d SHOW UP today. Completely imperfect. My endorphins eventually kicked in and DANG! I’m ready to make this day MINE 💪🏻
