☀️ HEAT ADVISORY FOR TODAY’S CLASSES ☀️

With today’s heat index (feels-like temperature) climbing into the triple digits, we will be taking extra precautions to help keep our athletes safe and comfortable.

As always, we’ll have unlimited water breaks, and we may also have athletes spend a few extra minutes cooling off in the lobby during class if needed. Our gym gets extremely warm this time of year, even with the garage doors open and fans running.

Please make sure your athlete comes with plenty of water to stay hydrated throughout class.

If you happen to see athletes sitting out or taking a short break, please know it is strictly heat-related and is being done out of an abundance of caution—not for any other reason.

The health, comfort, and safety of every athlete will always be our top priority. Thank you for your understanding and for helping us keep everyone safe in this summer heat! ❤️
