Our latest update from ATF: “hopes for an actual update the first of next week.”
Something to keep in mind, a shortage is expected.

We want to try and clear something’s up regarding form 4’s being eliminated.

1. Yes, Silencer Shop won. Yes, Silencer Shop is all set to proceed. We personally were not part of that lawsuit and do not carry the same proceeds.
2. Silencer Shop does not regulate our SOT licensing.
That being said, we cannot change anything until the ATF (the ones who issue and approve our licenses) inform us of the processing change.
3. ATF has not released any information and currently are not providing any direction. We’ve made multiple calls at this point.
As soon as we can confirm we can process without the form 4 without risk and our customers can receive without a form 4 without risk, we are in and form 4 will be out!!

Hey all! I know everyone is excited for the upcoming changes. These changes have not gone into effect yet. Once we have solid information, we will update here. In the meantime you can check on your Silencer Shop accounts and make sure they are current. If you don’t have an account, starting one would be beneficial.
