REFIT at The Gem with Debbie & Becky

This milestone marks my 10-year anniversary as a REFIT instructor. A decade ago, I took the leap to teach group fitness classes, starting with Zumba Gold for The Gem. However, REFIT captured my heart after attending a class in Saginaw, and I became certified in Houston, Texas, at the YOUNG age of 59. 😛
After addressing some physical challenges, I'm now on the path to recovery and anticipate returning to my classes in mid-to-early July. My physical therapy is progressing smoothly, and I'm thankful 🙌 to God our Father for the restored strength in my knees. I look forward to reconnecting with my tribe. I love and miss each one of you. See you SOON!🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

Hello REFIT Tribe, this is a reminder that due to health issues, Becky and I need to take a temporary break from instructing. Don't worry, this isn't goodbye - we'll be back on our feet soon.
