What’s happening this Halloween week at Afterglow?

Lots of Halloween themed classes! Costumes are welcomed all week! Make sure you take a selfie and tag us! We have a new magnet tripod with a right light anyone is welcome to use!

Monday- Pop up Butts & Guts at 8:30am

Wednesday- We’re back at CJ's Play Corner at 9:45!
Hood to Holy will be Halloween Dance Cardio & Intro to Choreo is back! Join the private group to see the routine we’re learning this we.

Friday- Pop up Barre Sculpt at 8:30am.
NO EVENING classes! Join the Afterglow crew at the Springtown Boo Bash we’re we’ll have candy, games, and a photobooth! Bring the family, meet the instructors, and come hang with us!

Great week to try a class you haven’t done before, or a free one for the non members!

Let’s clear up Mommy & Me! Starting in November, we’re giving moms another way to make time for movement with their little ones.

✨ At Afterglow inside Pojo Wellness in Springtown:
Mondays + Fridays at 9:30 AM with Secret. Kids participate alongside you! Best suited for ages roughly 2½–5 who can follow simple directions and join the workout with your help. Babies in strollers are welcome, too.

✨ At CJ’s Play Corner in Azle:
Our Wednesday classes continue with staff monitored play available while moms work out. Secret teaches there once a month and will offer a Mommy & Me option during her turn. These classes are reserved for moms bringing children, and CJ’s play fees are separate.

The Mommy & Me membership is $39/month and includes both weekly Mommy & Me classes for you and your child, plus your Wednesday dance class at CJ’s. Membership opens November 1!

We hear your requests for nights and weekends! We’re open to adding them, but we need consistent attendance in these first classes before committing to more time slots. If this is something you want to see grow, come join us! 🩷🫶🏼

Mommy & Me Dance Cardio is coming to Afterglow! Join Secret on Mondays and Fridays at 9:30 AM for clean music and choreography designed for you and your kiddo to enjoy together.

✨ $39/month Mommy & Me membership includes these classes PLUS our cardio dance classes held at CJ’s Playhouse in Azle. CJ’s play fees are separate. Membership opens November 1st.

Already a Cardio Bunny or Unlimited member? Mommy & Me is included!

This is a class to enjoy together, so participating kiddos should be ready to stay beside their grown up, follow directions, and dance along. Infants in strollers are welcome, too! Parents supervise throughout class; childcare is not provided.

In case yall missed it, Michelle Greene threw an amazing Halloween Butts & Guts party on Saturday night!
They did do a workout, but most importantly they had fun!
Everyone that attended was entered into a raffle, and the winner won a free Afterglow T shirt and a free month of unlimited classes!
