There is a classic saying in the running world: "Cross country medals are won in July, they are just picked up in November." While the official racing season doesn't start until the autumn leaves fall, summer training is the actual foundation of a successful cross country season. Monday 6/8/26 8:30-10am will be our first team run/workout. We hope to see you there but if you can’t make it, be sure to log miles on your own

Tucker Wiginton- MHSAA LP Division 3 Pole Vault State Champion!

5/20/26 Big 8 Conference Championship hosted by Union City. We had great weather for the final meet of the season for most of the team. There were lots of personal bests and medals collected. Way to go Coach Wiginton as his pole vault crew took home 1st, 2nd and 3rd. And congratulations to the Conference Champions Tucker in pole vault and Kaden in the 400m Dash. 5/15/26 MHSAA Division 3 Track and Field Regionals hosted by Hillsdale High School. Congratulations to the athletes that secured their spots at State Finals. For those that did not qualify, there is still plenty to be proud of.
Tucker- Pole Vault Early Qualifier, Regional Champion, new school record with a vault of 15’0”
Iymonnie- 100m Hurdles 3rd place, Additional Qualifier with a time of 16.45
Easton- Long Jump 3rd place, Additional Qualifier with a jump of 20’ 8.25”
