Hello friends. In honor of Adysen Lowery Spoon River NAVHDA sponsors a youth hunt every year. If you did not already know Adysen passed away from osteosarcoma in August of 2020. This hunt gives back the hunting & conservation traditions Adysen held very dear. It gives 12 youth the opportunity to learn about hunting, hunting safety, dog training and shooting safely. This event is 100% free for the participants. We again plan to have Adysen’s Memorial hunt on Dec 16 this year with a rain out date of Dec 23. It will be held at Gobblers K**b Hunting Preserve in Canton.IL The youth that attend get shirts and hats, ammo for the event and get to hunt a field full of pheasants over very well trained dogs. It’s an experience that is very hard to find these days. We are looking for sponsors. Any Business or individual willing to donate any dollar amount or merchandise would be amazing. We will have advertise all the sponsors at the hunt. Adysen would be very happy to see her love of conservation, hunting and dog training being passed down to our kids.
