Tae Kwon Do is a Korean Martial Art that is the basic study of self-defense using bare hands and bare feet. Tae in Korean means to strike or break with foot. Kwon in Korean means to strike or break with fist. Thus Tae Kwon Do means the way of the hand and the foot
