Landstar BMX was founded by a couple of old-school BMX guys that grew up racing in the 80’s and 90’s in Oklahoma. After periods of absents from the sport to focus on careers and family, we have decided to become more involved in the sport we both love. Shortly after coming back to the sport, we decided to form Landstar BMX. We wanted to help provide younger riders a positive experience; similar to
those we had growing up racing BMX. At the forefront of what we are all about as a team…is FUN. If you are not having fun, something needs to change.
2. We encourage our riders to give the best effort they can give, but this is a no-pressure team. Come to the track and have FUN; that is all we ask.
3. A competitive spirit is A-OK. Bad attitudes or poor sportsmanship when you don’t win is NOT. Be an example for others to emulate at all times. Bad attitudes or poor sportsmanship from riders or their parents just will not work in this team.
4. Be there for the team. We have everything from experienced and highly skilled riders to riders/families that are brand new to the sport. No matter which end of the spectrum you are on, you have something to offer others on our team. We have some great support from some awesome companies.
