The Louisiana Wildlife and Fisheries Commission will hear a "Report on the Commercial Menhaden Industry" as part of their meeting agenda next Thursday, June 4th, at 9:30am at LDWF Headquarters in Baton Rouge. (2000 Quail Drive)

CCA thanks the commission for adding this important matter to their agenda. We encourage all members and anglers to attend the meeting and express their concerns to the commission. CCA will be there as we always are. We hope you will be too.

She's alive! It's been a long time coming. After many set backs we finally fired one off today.

Starboard engine and gear is 100% and ready to go! We'll fire it up later this week or next.

Instead of painting our rebuilt engines white I decided to go old school Caterpillar yellow. Wanted a good coat on the back sides of the exhaust manifolds before installing them on the engines.

Port side saddle tank epoxy painted ready to go back in. Gonna pull the starboard tank tomorrow.

Haven't posted in quite a while. Transmissions are finally back. Didn't like the paint job the shop put on them so I stripped them back to bare metal and primed them. I'll do the finish coats once they're mated to the engines.
