The Cross Country team beat the heat today by focusing on speed work!

If you’d like to join us, our next practice is Wednesday at 7:30 at Idle Hour Park. We’d love to have you!

Hope everyone is enjoying their spring! Starting Thursday, 5/14, we will be holding voluntary meet-ups at the park in Springfield near the splash pad beginning at 6:30 PM. We plan to wrap up around 7:45 PM.

This is a great opportunity to get active, have some fun, and get in shape before the summer heat arrives!

If you have any questions or concerns, please contact Coach Luke or send a message to this page.

As a reminder, these meet-ups are completely voluntary, so no worries if you’re unable to attend.

The KHSAA Region 2 Class 1A meet was held this past weekend at Thomas Nelson, and our seniors showed up ready to race! Each of them gave it everything they had, finishing the season strong with impressive performances.

We saw multiple PRs and had a few runners just shy of qualifying for state, incredible effort all around! 💪

Thank you, seniors, for your leadership, hard work, and dedication. We’re proud of each and every one of you for an amazing season! 👏

Let’s gooo! 🔥 Wishing our seniors the best of luck as they hit the course at regionals tomorrow! 🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️
