To book a lesson with one of our trainers, athletes can enroll in a House, Travel, or D1 Membership, or purchase an à la carte lesson.
--> House Membership: 1 x 30-minute lesson per month
--> Travel Membership: 4 x 30-minute lessons per month
--> D1 Membership: 8 x 30-minute lessons per month
