HEY FAIRFAX! HIGH-LEVEL THROWING CLINIC IS TOMORROW!

We have 3 sessions available: 9:00 AM | 11:30 AM | 2:00 PM

What separates high-level throwers?

It’s not just arm strength. It’s how well an athlete uses their entire body to create force, sequence movements, generate arm speed, and deliver the ball with accuracy and intent.

And in softball, every throw looks a little different. High-level throwers learn how to adapt... different arm slots, different body positions, on the move, under pressure. All while still throwing with confidence and control.

Tomorrow’s clinic is all about helping athletes understand HOW to throw better, move more efficiently, and build the tools to make the throws the game demands.

We had our first SF3 Studio Open House this past Saturday, led by Annie Gunshow 💪

The players worked hard, learned proper lifting mechanics, and got the chance to try out all of our new gym equipment.
