Join Annie Gunshow and Suzy Willemssen for a 3-week training experience combining **strength & conditioning, skill development, and individualized athlete training.**

🖤 CHAMPDNA | HIGH SCHOOL
📅 November 9, 16 & 23 (Mondays)
⏰ Group 1: 6–8 PM | Group 2: 7–9 PM
