We feature a pool, three tennis courts, grilling and picnic areas, swim, dive and tennis teams, and a very active social committee for kids and adults alike. We have one of the finest swim and tennis facilities in Northern Virginia. There are several ways to join the fun at Wakefield Chapel Recreation Association. Permanent Member: interested individuals complete membership application and must pa
y one-time, refundable (upon sale) bond fee (currently $950). The second year, you are responsible to pay just pay your dues. This allows you full membership immediately. Permanent members own 1/500th of the pool facilities, have full rights to use the facilities and may serve on the Board of Directors. Temporary Member: when available, individuals may “rent” a summer membership (if they are available) granting them use of the Association’s facilities for the operating season. The current fee to rent a membership is $700 and is non-refundable. Individuals may only rent a membership one time/season. After that, a bond for permanent membership must be purchased. Military Member: To assist the many military families who reside in our community for short durations, the military membership allows these families to rent a membership at the current annual dues rate of $425. Families may obtain a military membership up to three times before needing to purchase a full membership. Questions?
