This Saturday at 9:00am, is our Coach Jessie WOD. A few details planned for that morning.
We will have fresh smoothies available after the workout. We will be also grilling sausage. All available at no cost.
As for the workout itself. This is not going to be a "Murph" type workout. That is not the purpose of this. This is a workout that everyone can do. This is more about bringing friends and family together to pay tribute. Bring a friend, a family member. This is a perfect way to show them what we do and how we support one another.
This workout does include a "Ruck" run. Which basically just means we are running or walking with some kind of weighted object. If you have a weight vest, please bring it. If not, we have wall balls, slam balls or other options for you to use. However, if you prefer to not use any weight and walk, that is perfectly acceptable. We promise it is a short run! Other-movements are normal gym exercises, from barbell, to boxes and bodyweight movements.
We can tailor any movement to fit everyone.
This workout will take 20-25 min, just depends on the number of people we have, and if we share equipment. This is not about being worried about how fast you can complete it, but we are there to workout and enjoy the community spirit with each other.
