We’re proud to congratulate Mark Squillacioti on receiving several well-deserved honors recognizing his dedication to the Boston community and his ongoing commitment to supporting youth, skating, and hockey programs.

At National Night Out in East Boston, Mark was initially surprised to receive a Community Partner Award recognizing his partnership with the Boston Police Department.

But the evening had even more in store, as Mark was presented with three additional recognitions honoring his contributions to the community.

Among them were a citation from the Massachusetts House of Representatives, an Official Resolution from the Boston City Council, and a Certificate of Recognition from the City of Boston and Mayor Michelle Wu.

Congratulations Mark and thank you for all you do for our communities! 🙌🎉

Our next Learn to Play Hockey session is coming up, and we’re ready to welcome new players to the ice!
From first-time skaters to kids ready to discover the game, our programs give players ages 4+ through preteens and teens the opportunity to learn the fundamentals, build confidence, make new friends, and most importantly—have fun!

🎉 Congratulations to our 12 outstanding recipients of the 2026 FMC Skaters Scholarship! 🎓 📚

Each year, FMC awards scholarships to high school seniors who shine both on and off the ice. Since 1993, we’ve proudly awarded over $500,000 to more than 450 graduates, supporting their next steps in education.
This year’s winners were chosen for their academic excellence, leadership, community involvement, and dedication to skating at FMC arenas.
We’re so proud of these graduates and can’t wait to see all they achieve in the future! 💙
