Registration is CLOSED.
Coaches have been sent their rosters and will be selecting practice times this weekend. Practices will not start until August 1.
You should be hearing from your coach next week with more information.

🚨 Mel Backus Tournament Update 🚨
Due to the rain the soggy field conditions, Sunday’s games have been delayed, with start times no earlier than 11:00 for in-progress games and 12:00 for new games.
Members of the board are working diligently on preparing the fields with the material we have on-hand to make all the fields playable today!

TOURNAMENT UPDATE – FRIDAY, JUNE 26

Due to weather and field conditions, all tournament games at all locations have been canceled for Friday, June 26.

Our tournament staff is currently working on updated brackets and a revised schedule. Once we have a finalized game plan, it will be communicated to all coaches as soon as possible.

We appreciate everyone’s patience and understanding as we work through these changes. Thank you!

The 56th Annual Mel Backus Tournament is officially under way, and we are just rounding first and heading to second!

Our teams have been giving it everything they’ve got out on the fields. An incredible 18 games have already battled it out, showcasing amazing sportsmanship, teamwork, and great baseball & softball!

The action doesn’t stop here. We have 9 more games scheduled for tonight starting at 6:00 PM over at Ryman Fields, Shawnee, and Emmanuel!

Grab your chairs, come hungry for the concession stand, and get ready to cheer loud. Good luck to all the players taking the field tonight! Let’s keep this energy going!
