🌼 NAAA Mum Pickup Day! 🌼

Today is Mum Pickup Day at the ballpark, and our athletes will be busy delivering the mums they sold. Thank you to every family who helped make this fundraiser a success — now it’s time for the final step.

⏰ Pickup Window:
1:00 PM – 6:00 PM at the ballpark

👥 Who Can Pick Up:
Only the player or parent who sold the mums may pick them up.
Please don’t send extended family or friends — for example, Aunt Sally can’t stop by to grab her 1 mum out of the 6 you sold. This helps us keep everything organized and ensures every order goes to the correct athlete.

🌼 After Pickup:
Players will deliver mums to their supporters today.

You all absolutely crushed it this year — our athletes and families hit this one out of the park. Thank you to everyone who has supported the sale so far. Your effort directly helps our park, our programs, and our kids.

Parents — Final Night for Fundraiser Packets

Tonight is the final night to turn in fundraiser packets at the ballpark.

A trustee will be available from 5:30–7:00 PM near the concession stand/umpire building.Please make sure all packets are turned in this evening so we can submit final orders on time.

We’ve got a rainbow over the property, all the fields are packed with teams practicing, and everyone is getting ready for this weekend! ⚾️🥎

Fall Ball starts this Saturday! Come out and cheer on your favorite player. We’ll have a full concession stand, and everyone is welcome!

📣 NAAA Mum Sale Update! 🌼

Our Mum Sale is wrapping up this week, and we’re pushing through the final stretch strong. Thank you to everyone who has been sharing, selling, and supporting — it truly makes a difference for our ballpark and our athletes.

📦 Final Packet Turn‑In
All paper order packets must be turned in this Thursday,
September 10th from 5:30–7:00 PM at the NAAA concession stand.

🛒 Online Ordering Extended!
Today was originally the last day for online orders — but we were able to work with our vendor to extend online sales a few more days.
If families prefer to order online, the online store will remain open until September 12th at 11:59 PM.

Packets still must be turned in by Thursday, but online orders can continue through the weekend.

Thank you for keeping the momentum going and for supporting Northwestern Amateur Athletic Association. Let’s finish strong and make this our best mum sale yet.

📣 LAST WEEKEND to Sell Mums! 🌼

This is the final weekend for our NAAA Fall Mum Sale! Coaches and families — please gather your last orders and make sure everything is ready to turn in to a trustee at the concession stand.

💵 Easy Turn‑In
Parents will drop off order packets directly to trustees — coaches do not need to collect packets or money.

📅 Turn‑In Days
- September 8 — 5:30–7:00 PM at the NAAA concession stand
- September 10 — 5:30–7:00 PM at the NAAA concession stand

📦 Pickup Day
- Sunday, September 20, 2026 at 1:00 PM — NAAA Garage
