Springfield Angels Adult Mens Baseball Team We offer the opportunity to play competitive real baseball. Our team competed originally in the Southwest Ohio Roy Hobbs wood bat league.

e Miami Valley Adult Baseball League (metal bat). Our men's Baseball team is comprised of former High School, Division I II III College, DABC, NABF & Independent league players. Our team is made up mostly of Springfield / Dayton area home-grown talent who still have the passion and love for the game as well as the talent to compete.

The Springfield Angels family took a tremendous-loss. The on-field passing of our friend, our teammate Dave Geiger.
Our entire team wants to extend prayerful support to Dave's family.

We know we lost a “web gem” of a human being Sunday.
But he took his last breath in our arms. He was on the Baseball field, that he cherished.

We are all sorting out the emotional toll of that shared experience.

We fully appreciate the many posts grieving Dave's loss from their own relationships and experiences w/ Dave.
