This program means a lot to me because it’s about more than racing, it reminds you that there’s something bigger than going rounds on Sunday. Because of our freedom we get to travel the country and do what we love. I can’t wait to celebrate America’s 250th year with some incredible people, and say thank you to the men and women who have served our country.

It hits a little closer to home for me too. My brother spent time serving in Jordan earlier this year, so this program really carries a personal meaning for me and makes representing these heroes even more special. I’m proud to drive for S**G and proud to represent a brand that puts action behind its appreciation for our heroes.

The “Simply the Brave” tribute will travel to Norwalk, Sonoma, and Seattle. We’re proud to use the platform we have to celebrate the men and women who serve our country and communities. Along the way, veterans and active-duty military members will have the opportunity to sign the racecar, creating a one of a kind tribute that reflects the people it honors.

Beyond the racetrack, the “Simply the Brave” SLS 250, Liberty Z 250, and Patriot 250 limited edition mowers help make a difference, with $250 from every mower purchase benefiting the Gary Sinise Foundation’s First Responders Outreach program and A Soldier’s Child Foundation.

This initiative is about more than horsepower and performance. It’s about gratitude, service, and recognizing those who sacrifice so much for others.

Our ol’ S**G Power Equipment Ford Mustang is starting to listen again. The first run we thought it’d go a high 4.0 and it put a hole out about half track. You saw the results, so we figured we could tune on that a little bit and go in the mid/high 4.0’s, which would have been a phenomenal run for that racetrack today with the heat. We actually had a major parts failure that could have been a disaster, so all y'all that have been praying for us, it's working. Thank you. Qualified 6th.

We were damn close Q1. I know I say that a lot, but I mean it this time. We changed our combination, trying to make it more friendly, and Q2 she annihilated the clutch. The track got better, faster than we tuned it up, if that makes sense. So now we are on both sides of it, we're gonna kick ass tomorrow. Thank you S**G Power Equipment, Summit Racing Equipment, and Ford Racing. Currently 7th.
