A major European study involving more than 1,600 young divers has found strong indicators linking regular diving with higher levels of psychological well-being, relaxation, emotional regulation, and positive mood.

Researchers behind the Erasmus+ funded One Health Underwater project now plan to expand the work through monitored field studies in France later this year.
