5-Month Transformation Update 🔥

From Jan 2 to June 5 — 42 years old, 6’2”, and still grinding.

Started at 231 lbs. Today sitting around 222–225 lbs with visible improvements in leanness and muscle definition. The scale showed steady progress with body fat dropping into the low 12% range at times, and the mirror/photos don’t lie!

Biggest changes: tighter waist, better shoulder and arm definition, sharper back, and overall posture. Still a work in progress, but feeling stronger and more confident than ever.

Consistency over perfection. Proper training, nutrition, and patience pay off at any age.

Grateful for the journey. Who’s ready to start their own? 💪

From Jan 2 to June 5 — 42 years old, 6’2”, and still grinding.
