Meet our newest teacher, Erin!

Erin began her love of yoga many years ago here in Springfield. It wasn’t until 2023 she decided to make the switch from student to teacher. She earned her RYT 200 certificate from Emery Bryant Yoga this fall.

“I’m a lover of life! I want to enjoy everything the universe has to offer. I am a mother of 3 boys, a pet mom to 3 pups and 1 cat and I love them all fiercely. Yoga has had a beautiful impact on my life and I love seeing the positive transformation it makes in the lives of others.”

One of her greatest loves outside of her family, friends and pets, is guiding yoga, connecting with people and providing a safe space for others to connect and practice self care.

Erin will be teaching our Tuesday Stretch & Flow class and the Friday Deep Stretch by Candlelight class starting next week!
