Belly Health- Personal Trainer and Nutritionist Certified Nutritionist and Personal Trainer in Eugene and Springfield, Oregon. I train out of my in home studio or in the privacy of your home!

This is the class schedule currently...there will most likely be more classes added at some point and time but I'm opting to start out with this many till I get more feedback from participants as to what there wanting and needed for classes. Tuesdays and Thursdays: Cardio classes at Alton Baker Park (contact me for class times and more information

Wednesdays and Fridays classes are held at Emeral

d All Star Cheer in Springfield off Shelley St. (these are strength training classes with bit of cardio):
6:30 am-7:15 am
9:00 am - 9:50 am
10:00 am- 10:50 am Seniors Class
11:00 am - 11:45 am Special Needs Class

All my classes are kid friendly, $5.00 when monthly punch card's are purchased otherwise it's $7.00 a class if people just want to occasionally pop in for a class. With the exception of my Senior's class and Special Needs class, classes are for Women. Seniors are not limited to the Seniors class, but that is the class that I am partnering with McKenzie Willamette Hospital for many of their Seniors!

I'm VERY excited to say that I've been hired by Willamalane Swim Club to work with their youth doing Boot Camps! I will be working with kids ranging from 8-18 years old! They are expecting between 40-60 kids to participate in the Boot Camps!! ♥ my "job"!!!! :)

SOO proud of your results Greta Olson from combining exercise with my AdvoCare 24 day weightloss challenge!!! So far she has lost 7lbs and 4 inches AND went down TWO entire jean sizes...ALL in 17 days...one week left to go!!!!!!!!!!! Curious...how do you guys prefer to train abs? Do you combine them with other muscle groups, add them to the end of a workout or give them their own training day? :)
