Radiate Dance Company Radiate Dance Company, FKA Kinner & Co.offers quality dance education in the Springfield, IL area. All of the teachers at Kinner & Co.

Our students learn the proper techniques of the various disciplines of dance, while enjoying the performing and competition aspects of dance. In a loving atmosphere, encouraged by the teachers, other students, and the parents of our studio, we make students and their families welcome! are certified to teach dance through the Southern Association of Dance Masters and/or Chicago National Association

No rest for these girls! Straight from recital weekend to Nationals! Our Teen solos and duets kicked us off today and tomorrow we start early with Junior solos. Love watching these dancers do what they love!

Today is our 2025-2026 recital. We are so proud of the hard work and dedication that comes from our dancers and staff. Let’s go showcase all of your talent today!

Today we also watch our seniors take the stage one last time with us.

Years of rehearsals, friendships, growing up within the walls of our studio, and becoming the beautiful people they are now, all led to this moment.

Today they take their final bow as a Radiate Dance Company dancer, but the impact they’ve left on this studio will stay forever. 🧡

Happy Mother’s Day to all of the incredible dance moms, grandmas, bonus moms, and mother figures who make so much magic happen behind the scenes. 🌸

Thank you for the early mornings, quick changes, costume sewing, hair buns, snack bags, car rides, pep talks, and endless encouragement. Thank you for cheering the loudest, loving the biggest, and helping your dancers chase their dreams both on and off the stage.

Dance wouldn’t be the same without you, and neither would our studio family. We are so thankful for all you do and hope today you feel celebrated and loved. 💖
