Here's what makes wrestling different for little kids: there's no bench. Nobody stands in the outfield picking grass. Every single kid is on the mat, every single practice — moving, tumbling, learning to fall and get back up.

That's why four-year-olds can do this sport. And it's why parents tell us the discipline shows up at home and in the classroom first.

Circle the date: Thursday, September 17 is the first-ever Minis practice — ages 4–6, 6:30 to 7:30 PM at Evoke Fitness. That's the schedule from here on out: Thursday nights are littles night.

First practice is free — come see what you think. It's all movement, games, tumbling, and learning to love the mat. Nothing to buy, no experience needed, and the group caps at 14 so every kid gets coached.

Big news for Springfield families: the Evoke Warriors Youth Wrestling Club is here — and your kid's first practice is free. Come see what you think.

Our littles (ages 4–6) hit the mat Thursdays 6:30–7:30 PM starting September 17. Everyone 7 and up — beginners through the kids already bringing home tournament medals — trains Tuesday 6:30–8:30, Thursday 7:30–8:30, plus Saturday mornings.

No experience needed. Nothing to buy. Comfy clothes, a water bottle, and a kid ready to try something new — that's the whole list. Groups cap at 14 so every wrestler actually gets coached.
