ATTN CHEER ATHLETES
(NOT CHEERLEADERS, BECAUSE WE ARE ATHLETES, JUST LIKE ANY OTHER SPORT):
⭐️ CHEER OPEN GYM @ TRICKSTAR ATHLETICS ⭐️
BEGINNING THIS FRIDAY 03/08 (& EVERY FRIDAY) FROM 7-9 PM
$20 ADMISSION, OPEN TO ALL ATHLETES AGES 12 AND UP

The perfect opportunity to train stunts, run tumbling drills, work a jump sequence, or just work out! All surrounded by other athletes that also want to put the extra time into cheer! Bring your friends, your siblings, or your teammates and vibe out. These open gyms will also be fully staffed with experienced cheerleading instructors that can assign drills, assist with improving tumbling skills, help better understand the functions of stunts & more! Filling spots for

4 Backspots (height, Strength and Tumbling taken into account)

6 Bases (Tumbling, Knowledge of Position)

3 Flyers (Tumbling, Balance, Flexibility)

Comps start late December, Round 1 Tryouts close Sept. 30th, Final Team Announcement Oct 8
