Today we focused more on attacking and defending in the back position in the Gi. We train in the Gi every Tuesday and Thursday morning at 6 a.m. If Gi isn’t your thing, we do No-Gi on Wednesdays and Fridays same time. Come out and join us!

This month our team is focused on sharpening our back attacks and escapes. The morning crew put in solid work today, drilling key details and finishing with rounds that started from the back.
